The Rochester Carillon The tower atop the Plummer Building houses the Rochester Carillon (a set of fixed chromatically tuned bells sounded by hammers controlled from a keyboard). The 56-bell carillon is the most complete carillon in North America. Concerts are performed every Monday at 7pm and Wednesdays and Fridays at noon.
